It’s no surprise that Bristol has such a diverse range of cinemas for residents and visitors to enjoy. Bristolians are movie lovers through and through and as such, visit many different types of venue to catch up on the latest offering from Cannes or Disney!

For us, we can’t mention cinemas in Bristol without tipping our hat to the Watershed, the cool big brother of the Arthouse and Independent venues in the city. And arguably one of the best in the UK. With three screens, a fantastic film programme and cheap tickets – it has to be on the list to visit.

Lest we forget the gorgeous new Everyman Cinema on Whiteladies Road. If luxury is more your type of cinema, then this is the venue in Bristol for you. With recliner seating, sofas, a bar for in-screen drinking and a stunning refurbishment of an old art deco building – this is a cinema with a great atmosphere for a more intimate night at the pictures.
